Delete Your Account – The YuvAI

At The YuvAI, we respect your privacy and data. You have the right to delete your account and associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

• Log in to the app, go to Settings → Account, and click “Delete Account”.
• Or email us at info@theyuvai.com with the subject “Delete My Account”.

What Happens After Deletion?

• Your user account and associated personal data (email, phone, name) will be permanently deleted.
• All chatbot conversations and messages will be deleted from our database.
• We do not retain any user-identifiable information after deletion.

Retention Policy

Some system logs (non-personal) may be retained for up to 30 days for security and auditing purposes. These logs do not include personally identifiable information.

Partial Data Deletion (Optional)

If you would like to delete specific data (e.g., conversation history) without deleting your full account, please contact us at info@theyuvai.com.
